We're busy building an image-builder, which builds the application
from a to-be-defined-basic image. This marks the first time we're
trying to file in code into a non-wx base image, and it turns out that
the WxBootstrap package points to a constants map URL which is
non-existent.

Sorry about that. The required file (WxConstantMap.txt) should be there now.
